Here you decide if redundancy reduction should be performed for any possible Document kind Classification Code (DCC) in the cross-references.
If that reduction should take other parts into account or not, is controlled by the Also inside cross-references parameter.
The DCC code is a code that specifies which kind of document a specific drawing sheet constitute, such as a circuit diagram or a cabinet layout drawing. By adding such a code to the title field in a proper manner, it will be possible to have separate sheet number series for different document kinds, and still separate such documents from one another, even if the sheet numbers are identical. The trick is obviously to include the DCC code when necessary.
A recommended way of specifying the document kinds, is using the IEC1355 standard, which contains ready to use codes for all kinds of technical documentation. Please refer to The IEC1355 standard topic for more information about the standard. Specifically how document codes can be used to handle sheet numbering and cross-references as described above, is described in more detail in the IEC1355 implementations topic.
The DCC code (Document kind Classification Code) is specified in the title field in a separate block named DCCCODE, with an attribute also named DCCCODE. Please note, that if you have a DCC code in your title field that is defined in any other way, for instance as part of the main title field block, that DCC code will be "non-intelligent" and therefore not possible to use in cross-references.
