•A Vault revision in cadett ELSA is created.

•A hyper-link PDF for the entire project is created.

•A DWF file is created for each sheet.

•Meta data for the project as well as for each sheet are saved in Vault.

•The entire project is saved in Vault.

•The project is locked in cadett ELSA.

•The project gets status "checked in to Vault" in cadett ELSA.

With Vault Client you can:

-Search for all project meta data

-Search for all drawing sheet meta data

-View single sheets using DWF

-Open and view a PDF for the entire project

With Vault Workgroup or Professional you can also:

•Open single sheets using a project PDF with hyper-links for all cross-references.
