You transfer changes that you have made to the properties, to the circuit diagram with the Insert button in the lower part of the screen.

 

When the properties are transferred to the circuit diagrams, it can be noted that all properties except the wire-numbers themselves, are placed in a hidden layer, the HIDE layer, which normally is both off and frozen, meaning that the content of it is not shown.
