The Symbol Insert Tool is always available on the screen if you want it to. No command then needs to be used to present it.

One single command is used to display or to hide the entire tool. Every other time the command is issued, the Symbol Insert Tool is displayed, every other time it is hidden. The command in question is available in several places, some of which are presented here. The first one is shown in the figure above, in the top of the Drawing Environment main window.

The figure below shows another place where you can find the command, in the first panel of the Insert tab of the ribbon menu.

The figure below shows one of the places where you can find the command when the Legacy cadett ELSA Classic workspace is active. It is available in the Object Properties Toolbar.

In the cadett ELSA Classic Workspace, you also find the Symbol Insert Tool command in the top of the Insert pull-down menu, as shown in the figure below.

If you prefer to type the command, you do that as follows:

CAELPALETTE

Of course, you can assign a shortcut command to it if you like. That is done in the ELSA.PGP configuration file, which is located in the current symbol library.
