Start value (digit or letter)

Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

Drawing frames are often divided into columns. Here you specify the designation of the first column in the drawing sheet. It can consist of a numerical value (like "1") or a letter (like "A").

Columns are normally numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, and so forth. In that is the case, the value of this parameter would be 1.

If you instead, for instance, wish to number the columns 10, 11, 12, 13 and so forth, the Start value parameter would be set to 10.

If you use column numbering over multiple sheets, this parameter corresponds to the first column of the first drawing sheet within each document code.
