For the list of changed wires to be of any practical use, the project must have been wire-numbered and the wire-numbers transferred to the drawing sheets before the revisions that are compared were created. If this requirement is met, the list of changed wires will be detailed and specific as well as accurate. If not, the list will have a content that might look somewhat random.
