Cable list by location (two-way) (0X_E_EMB002)

Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

This cable list is similar to the previous one (0X_E_EMB001), but it presents the cables from the perspective of each individual location. The result is that each cable is presented twice, once for each location that it connects.

The information comes from *I.DBF, which is an extended version of *A.DBF. It has multiple references to *G.DBF.

The filter defines that only the first core of each cable is included.

!FBTYP=6 means that only the first cable core of each cable is included. If this condition is replaced with !CABSTAT=1, a cable list which includes all terminal groups and devices on each side of the cable, but without cable core information, is generated.

Sorting is made on function/plant, location and complete cable item designation. Page break is made for function/plant and location. Function/plant and location refers to the first end of the cable (where the cable comes from).
