By using the *Y.DBF TARGET database, both the SOURCE and the TARGET directories are included.

 

A new feature that was added in cadett ELSA R39 is utilized, which makes it possible to define drawing sheet by drawing sheet in which directory they are located. The new !DIR report variable give either SOURCE or TARGET as result. The variable is associated with a new field in the *Y.DBF also named DIR.

 

This report is sorted on !DIR first, with page break, resulting in all lines in one report sheet showing drawing sheets from the same directory. Therefore, the information of the directory is placed in the title field. Secondly, sorting is made on file name (!RITNING).

 

This report definition has no filter.
