Sample plant structure

Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

The sample plant structure that is described below, is used in the examples of plant oriented document codes that are described in the Example of user defined document codes topic.

This sample plant structure is a free interpretation of an example used in SEK’s handbook 439, release 1, discussing an industrial plant used to “dissolve obtained recycled materials to a configurable concentration”.

The structure have four levels and it looks like this:

Sample function oriented plant structure

LEVEL 1

LEVEL 2

LEVEL 3

LEVEL 4

=G1 [Dissolve]

=K1 [Control]

=G1 [Input]

=G1 [Transport]

=G1 [Transport]

=V1 [Cleaning]

=W1 [Line select]

=K1 [Speed setting]

=G2 [Hydraulic oil supply]

=V1 [Dissolve]

=V1 [Tearing]

=C1 [Storage]

=K1 [Concentration control]

=K2 [Level monitoring]

=T1 [Gearing]

=M1 [Tear drive]

=G1 [Lubrication]

=G3 [Transport dissolved material]

=C1 [Intermediate storage]

=V1 [Stirring]

=C1 [Storage]

=T1 [Gearing]

=M1 [Drive]

=K1 [Level monitoring]

=B1 [Max]

=B2 [Min]

=K2 [Temperature monitoring]

=G4 [Output]

=G1 [Pumping]

=K1 [Flow control]

=M1 [Drive]

The function oriented reference designation for the speed setting of the input is for example =G1=G1=K1 according to this example.
