One of the most frequently used operations in the Drawing Manager is to copy drawing sheets. To do that, you use a combination of the Copy command and one of the two Paste commands.

In short, you select the drawing sheets to copy and then issue the Copy command. You then use either Paste or Paste between to paste the copies where you like them to be.

You can select one or multiple sheets to copy. You can paste in the same project or in another project. You can copy from either the SOURCE or the TARGET directory. You can paste in either the SOURCE or the TARGET directory. These variations can be combined arbitrarily.

In more detail, please do as follows:

Using ordinary Windows <SHIFT> and/or <CTRL>, please select the drawing sheet or drawing sheets that you want to copy. You do that in the survey of either the SOURCE or the TARGET directory.

Then issue the Copy command, which is available in a couple of places:

In the toolbar

In the context menu of the survey

If you want to paste the copies in another project, you open that project and re-enter the Drawing Manager. If you want to paste the copies in the same project, simply continue with the next step.

Set focus on either the SOURCE or the TARGET directory by clicking the associated survey. If you want to paste the copies in the same directory as where the originals are located, focus is already where it should be, and you can simply continue with the next step.

Finally, paste using either the Paste or the Paste between command.
