The Option Handling feature was first introduced already in cadett ELSA R31.

 

A major update was made in cadett ELSA R34. That update incorporated a large number of new features which required the layer naming to be somewhat extended, as well as an entirely new format of the OPTIONS.INI.

 

The R34 and newer versions are however upwards compatible with the old ones (R31-R33), meaning that old projects containing options, can be handled with no problems. A conversion to the new format will take place automatically, the first time you activate any of the commands of the Option Handling feature in the R34 or newer version.
