Settings for the catalogue

Using the Settings… command in the Module pull-down menu, you can control which colours to use in the catalogue. You change a colour by clicking in the box that shows the current colour and then choosing another colour from the entire rainbow that is at your disposal.

There is also a tab to control how the catalogue is logging its activities. Logging is a kind of "black box" that contains information about everything the catalogue does, so that it should be possible to track what happened if something went wrong, for one reason or another.

 

You can choose how large each log file should be allowed to be and how many such files should be allowed before they are deleted. The more space you set aside for the log files, the further back in time you can track any problems, should they occur.

 

You can also choose whether the date and time should be written in the log for each event. We recommend that you enable these options as it can be valuable information.
