In most cases, it is best to use automatic wire-numbering to a greater or lesser extent to speed up the work. For various reasons, it is however possible to number a complete project, or part of a project, manually from start.

 

Manual wire-numbering is explained in full detail in a separate sub-topic of the Drawing Environment topic. Basically, a command named Wire-number, which is found in the Cables resource category in the Symbol Insert Tool, is used for this purpose.
