The TARGET databases that are created for revision handling purposes, are described in the table below.

Three of them are of direct interest for the user, namely *4.DBF, *7.DBF and *9.DBF. They are used directly by the Report Generator to get information for lists of differences. When creating user defined difference list report definitions, references to these TARGET databases must be included.
A special requirement must be met for the wiring comparison to give a valid result. That requirement is discussed here.
