Main directory

Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

The main directory of the cadett ELSA installation is typically located on a mapped drive on a server. That is true for both conventional network installations and for dynamic workstations, such as thin client environments. The name is decided during installation.

A typical name of the main directory in such installations is:

X:\ELSA

In a local installation, the main directory is located on a local hard disk, like C:. A typical name of the main directory for such an installation is:

C:\ELSA

It is not possible to change the main directory of an existing cadett ELSA installation. Doing so requires a re-installation. The corresponding field that is discussed here, is for information only.
