The Generic symbol is edited in the same way as you edit a Boundary box. In other words, you use the ordinary Ddatte/edit command or double-click the symbol. You will then enter the same dialogue box as you once used to create the Generic symbol. The editing is made using that dialogue box.
•If you need to add connection points, please activate the Connections check-box in the Insert section in the upper left part of the dialogue. You will then be able to add new connection points in the same way as when you create new Generic symbols starting by clicking the OK button.
•If you need to change the size of the box, you use the Size and position >> button in the lower left corner of the dialogue box.
•The attributes are automatically repositioned whenever you edit a generic symbol, in the same way as for boundary boxes. You can however prevent that from happening by checking the Keep attribute position option in the Appearance section, in a similar way as for boundary boxes. You can then manually invoke an automatic repositioning using the Reposition attributes button when desired, like the corresponding feature for boundary boxes.
