The Document number field is most suitably used for just that, the number you have assigned for the drawings in the project.

 

In the current IEC standard, the word "drawing number" has been replaced with "document number", which of course is a more general term, and in many ways therefore better to use for the content of this field.

 

This field corresponds to the !KUNDPRJNR report variable, which you can use in your report definitions.

 

The corresponding field name in the project parameters database (PROJECTS.DBF) is ZNR_AG. You can use that in the mask file for the Drawing Manager.

 

The field length is 40 characters.
