Connectors are close relatives of terminals, and share many properties with them.

 

There are three variants of connectors available, each with its own symbol macro, as shown in the figure above.

 

The description of connectors is divided in four sub-topics. The first one contains a general description. The three others are detailed descriptions of the three macros shown above. All four sub-topics are listed below.
