•The project gets status “under work” in Vault.

•The project is unlocked so that it can be edited in cadett ELSA.

•All project data and all files are verified.

•Erroneous project data or files are replaced.

•If the project is missing in cadett ELSA, it is recreated and all files are transferred from Vault.
