Solo eXs installation and licensing

cadett ELSA Solo was reintroduced in cadett ELSA R37, where three new product variants of cadett ELSA were made available to buy as new licenses or as upgrades of existing licenses:

•cadett ELSA Basic Solo

•cadett ELSA Professional Solo

•cadett ELSA Enterprise Solo

All three products contain a Solo license, which is an AutoCAD OEM based CAD Engine.

In cadett ELSA R37, that engine was called Solo ecscad 2017 and was based on AutoCAD 2017. In cadett ELSA R38, the Solo ecscad was updated, and named Solo ecscad 2019. It was based on AutoCAD 2019. In cadett ELSA R39 and R40, the engine is based on AutoCAD 2020. The name has now been changed to Solo eXs 2020.

The installation and licensing procedures was also updated in cadett ELSA R39:

•The installation became much simpler, much faster and much more robust.

•The licensing was simplified.

•A complete documentation covering all steps of both installation and licensing was made available.
