In this topic, all standard report definitions that are included in the delivery of cadett ELSA R43 are listed and described in detail.
The function and format of each report definition are explained. For each report definition, the settings for filtering and sorting are also described.
Please notice that the names of all included report definitions begin with zero ("0"). In this way it has been made easy to distinguish between standard report definitions of cadett ELSA and user defined report definitions. Therefore, please be careful never to give any of your own report definitions a name that begins with zero!
Another “good tip” is the following. If you want to change any of the included standard report definitions, you are strongly advised not to change the report definition directly. If you do so, all your changes with be lost in the next update of cadett ELSA, which will include the original report definition. Instead, make a copy of the report definition with a new name that does not begin with zero (“0”), and make your changes in that copy instead. One smart way of naming your own report definitions is with an exclamation mark ("!") as the first character. If you do, your own report definitions will end up first in the list, since exclamation marks is the second first character in the ANSI code, second only to space.
If you need to change the form, please use the same method. Make a copy of it with a name not beginning with zero. Change your report definition so that it refers to your new copied form, and then make your changes in the copied form instead.
In the List of standard report definitions sub-topic, you will find exactly that, with links to explanations of them all.
