To open a report definition (activate it) means that you select a specific report definition to edit it or to generate the corresponding report.

 

You can do this in some of the following ways:

 

•Double-click the report definition

•Select the report definition icon with a single mouse-click and then click the Open button in the toolbar

•Select the report definition with a single mouse-click and then use the Open command in the File pull-down menu
