Here you may enter a description of your report definition. The maximum number of characters allowed is 80. The description will be shown in the list containing report definitions.

 

If you are creating a DXF report, a good idea is to use the word “DXF” in the description in order to make it clear that it is in fact a DXF report and nothing else. In the same way, it may be a good idea to use the word “Excel” as part of the descriptions of Excel reports.
