By clicking the Collect button, you will enforce an update of the entire list of report definitions. First, the list will be completely emptied. Then, both the central report definitions and the local ones, will be scanned to create a new fully updated list.
If any report definitions in the list are missing, the list will be completed with them. If the list contains any report definitions that have been lost in any way, for example if another user has deleted them, those report definitions will be removed from the list.
The result of the collection will be shown in a dialogue box.
