In the previous topic - Calculation of a cable core list - it has been discussed how the cable core list is calculated, from a purely content-wise perspective. In this topic, the presentation of that information in the Dynamic OnLine I is discussed.
In the column furthest to the left, the cable type (the dimension) is presented. Here, an icon is also showed, which has different colours for spare cable cores, and cable cores that are defined in the circuit diagram. Red colour symbolises spare cores, meaning cable cores that are not visible in the circuit diagram, but that still exist in the physical world.
The next columns show, for each cable core:
•Cable item designation (cable number, meaning to which cable the cable core belongs)
•Cable core number
•Item designation on the “from side” (the device that the cable core comes from)
•Connection point number on the “from side”
•Item designation on the “to side” (the device that the cable core goes to)
•Connection point number on the “to side”
Additionally, information is presented showing the index of the cable and a sheet reference, meaning a reference to the sheets where the respective cable core symbols are placed.
In two separate sub-topics listed below, the order of the lines, and the content of the columns are discussed in full detail.
