If you want to change the dimension for one or more wires in the dialogue, you do it in the way that is described in this sub-topic.

 

To change the dimension only for some of the wires in the dialogue, you simply select the ones that should be affected. Then you enter the dimension that you want, and simply click the Insert button in the lower right corner of the dialogue.

 

If you want to change the dimension for all wires in the dialogue, you can tick the Change in all option. In that case, you do not need to make any further selections.

 

Not only can you type the dimension yourself in the Dimension field. You can also use the browse button to the right of it. You will then be presented with the Catalogue where you can choose a suitable conductor type. The content of the electrical data field for the selected resource in the catalogue will then be used as dimension.

 

You insert the dimension that you have entered to the selected wires in the dialogue by clicking the Insert button.
