The Automatic removal of unpacked revisions feature is controlled by a key in a configuration file called WSCONFIG.INI, which is located in the workstation directory (C:\ELSAWSx or similar).

 

In section [ELSA] the key ClearUnpackedRevisions should be set to 0, 1 or 2 according to the table below.

Nothing is done.

A dialogue box is shown asking if unpacked revisions should be deleted.

Unpacked revisions are removed directly, no questions asked.

 

 

An example of how automatic removal of unpacked revisions can be activated in WSCONFIG.INI is found in the figure below.
